Minami Yusui is a Broadway performer, international keynote speaker, and founder of YU-project, helping leaders and high performers stay connected to themselves under pressure—so they can show up, communicate their worth, and lead with presence.
Originally from Japan, her journey to Broadway included 88 auditions before her first “yes,” and a decade of persistence before her debut. She has performed in major productions including The King and I, Miss Saigon, and My Fair Lady at Lincoln Center, where she served as Dance Captain—a leadership role responsible for maintaining artistic excellence and guiding fellow performers.
Today, through her SHINE Method™ and YU-project (You Are Unlimited), Minami translates pressure-tested performance principles into practical tools for leadership, communication, and self-trust.
